Revision

To me, revision is the process in between creating a rough draft and a final draft. Revision includes but is not limited to fixing surface level errors such as grammer, punctuation, and vocabulary. Revising an essay also entails correcting run-on sentences and making sure the piece of writing adresses the topic fully and makes sense. Some essays take many revisions before they can become a final essay, where others may take only a few punctuation corrections. Making an essay easy to revise all depends on the amount of effort put forth in the first draft.
